Was with the AOK for life. Mostly had a good experience and had to deal with friendly staff. Due to the current situation, you only get access with an appointment, but you can also get an appointment at short notice for small things.

I had to deal with the clerk several times and was always treated very competently and courteously. I have been a member of the AOK for over 40 years and have never had any bad experiences, no matter where I am.

this health insurance is not recommended !!!! Definitely! You are blackmailed and lied to. If you have sick pay, check with the Ministry of Health beforehand 030340606601 What you are entitled to and when. Because the Aok tells you what is not so at all to scare you. They are trained for something so that they don't have to pay sick pay. My 6 family members will also quit here.
