In my opinion, this is the biggest rip-off insurance that does not want to pay a clean damage. but if you don't pay the fee, a reminder comes and immediately afterwards the court but if you have to pay they cancel the contract, in my opinion that's a joke a huge joke so in my opinion you shouldn't go there but only my experience and my opinion.

After decades at Huk, I only had glass damage through no fault of my own. Then I was just "ripped off" and on top of that, some of the money was withdrawn from me for flimsy reasons. I have now canceled all insurance policies at this shop and will soon be taking legal action. I hope my contribution stimulates one or two Huk customers to think about their insurance coverage. Personally, I will never be a customer of Huk again.

I insured 2 cars on my name with Huk. One for my way to work, another for leisure time. Now I have had a wild accident with the work car (run over a small haze) and my other car which remains in the garage was downgraded to an SF class for no reason (fully comprehensive insurance and liability insurance, defies if remains motionless in my garage) How can that happen? This is my last year at Huk, there are plenty of correct insurers.

Hello everybody; I was also a customer of the HUK, of the telephone accessibility I would not speak. Of the very bad claims settlement also not. I'm glad to have changed. My recommendation: Gothaer insurance Peter foot in Koblenz. There I am now in good hands with a personal contact and a contact point for questions. Personal and competent.

I can only agree with the negative reviews. The telephone accessibility is underground. I had a claim and did not succeed. I have a free workshop option in my contract. Nevertheless, the HUK wrote to me in writing that I have to go to a contract workshop. Apart from that, I would have had to wait here longer for a repair date. The technical advice, if anyone could speak, was not helpful. The current mileage was more important here.
