Was at the citizens' office today to apply for a provisional identity card. I haven't seen anything so friendly and courteous at the Koblenz city administration for a long time. Not only did I get the provisional ID that I had requested from Mr Moog directly, he also applied for the original ID card for me and even my driver's license upon request.
