We got an appointment at short notice for registering a birth. All employees were extremely friendly on the phone. At the appointment, all formalities were done punctually and again in a very friendly manner by Ms. Herrmann.

After the registry office had seen itself more as a service provider for the citizens after the old guard (who saw themselves as the guardians of the rule of the civil servants over the rest of mankind), the corona-related restrictions are now just in time to reintroduce a Prussian regiment . Send all forms in advance by email, make an appointment to collect the certificate, of course still present all documents in the original and (very important!) Just don't be late, otherwise you won't be allowed in, even if no other customer (or rather a pleading subject) in the office (or rather the office). Let's see how that develops ...
