I have to praise the office at this point. Since I have moved quite often in the past, I have had to do with various offices. This office has informed itself precisely about my situation and the employee has expertly assessed everything and brought it to the point. I say thanks!!!

I called to ask something. Was directly forwarded and advised competently. Top. (Waiting loops are common and shouldn't be criticized.)

I know many offices from Munich to Frankfurt, but LSJV is the best in Germany. Very friendly staff and helpful. Big compliments to Mr. Krudewig and Ms. Teuscher. Many thanks for everything.

I have been waiting for my certificate and certificate from my state examination for more than 2 months! The respective interlocutor cannot be reached on the phone. The email always says "it will be sent" but I still haven't received anything!

My application was rejected and it has ZERO stars. The course of the procedure was as expected from an authority and that is why I received five stars for the processing of my case.
