Ordnungsamt Koblenz

Absolutely horrendous treatment, long waiting times, calls itself "Ordnungsamt" but in fact nothing is in "Ordnung". Did I mention that the staff take breaks whenever and however they want to, don't speak english, and expect everyone to know ALL Germany's ways of doing things? Just tell me how new residents in Germany are going to be able to handle their situations when you're so damn useless?

Rude and ignorant personnel.

The most incompetent employees can be found here. Not only are they rude and incredibly rude, they're also haphazard. Scare and stress residents with a phone call based on a completely wrong situation. You have managed to be the worst of all offices.

Unfriendly, no understanding, ignorant. There are reasons why people say that public order officials are those who didn't make it to the police and take their frustration out on the residents ..

So far everything has always gone great. The clerks were always friendly and tried hard. Accessibility by phone is always a game of chance. E-mails are answered quickly.
