It’s good you can find food for your enamels

Nice selection of pets and equipment. Service is quite poor. Purchased a very large cage and three rabbits here recently. The staff looking after the rabbits speak very confidently and come across as very knowledgeable, unless like me you happen to know a lot about keeping rabbits then their knowledge starts to unravel. You are not allowed to handle the rabbits at all in the shop, even with supervision when you intend to make a purchase, and must make your choice by observation alone. For this reason I would not purchase rabbits for children here since it's almost impossible to gauge a rabbit's tolerance to petting if you're not allowed to pet it. Having made my purchases on the top floor I was then expected to carry everything down to the groundfloor to the cash desk and then to the carpark with no assistance available from the store. I've had my rabbits from here for 4 weeks now and they are very strong and healthy. For this reason I would be happy to recommend this shop for equipment purchases and pet purchases to experienced pet owners. Just take the staff with a pinch of salt!
