Great timing

A bank that nobody can recommend. One star goes to the friendliness, but this is heavily tarnished by the service and expertise. I can only advise anyone against the bank. We had made an appointment here to finance our house. All documents were sent in advance and our ideas were also sent. At the appointment nothing was answered and we were offered overpriced conditions. There was no consultation at all. A subsequent complaint was not processed or answered, because you as a customer are apparently not important. Dear VR Bank, this is not how you deal with customers! -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------- ADDENDUM TO THE ANSWER: Why should you as a customer go to a bank that has already made such an impression in order to invest even more time? I have already financed a property with you ... unfortunately and wanted to finance a second one through your bank, luckily I haven't and regret the first financing. There are other banks that offer exactly the opposite of this. However, to submit a standard sentence here, which should suggest to the reader that one has tried, is a number in itself. If there had been interest, the clerk and the complaints office would have contacted me, but nobody thought it necessary to respond to my email. If there is only a reaction to a public recession, then something goes wrong!

Very nice and well trained staff I've been a customer for over 40 years. I will stay that way as long as no negative interest is charged 👍
