Very poor performance. The lady asked by phone what exactly they are doing, so the service was hung up directly. Another attempt because I had business to do in Bamberg, I wanted an appointment for a consultation, but was blocked again immediately. When asked who this lady was because she only reported with company name, only she was the boss.
