Unfortunately, very incompetent employees. Don't listen to you and don't know their own products. Really sad. Branch will be closed soon.

It is hardly possible to contact Commerzbank. Before Corona it was already more than difficult and now hardly works. Once you get to the clerk in charge, the service is perfectly fine and very personable More than one star does not justify this, given my remaining annoyance about the treatment of this bank's customers. I have the feeling, as a customer, not entirely not entirely for there to be taken fully.

A bank like any other. 3 years ago my current account was canceled without notice. Without giving reasons. Probably my receipt of money was too small.

Constantly broken ATMs or bank statement printers and if you change the bank, they just stop executing direct debit mandates although there is demonstrable money in my account .... FRECHHEIT
