Very nice staff, quick processing and generally courteous. Opened an account here 2 years ago and have never been disappointed. Only the opening times are bad if you work a lot, otherwise great!

Two switches, of which permanently only one occupied ... It is sometimes twenty minutes to ... Because even some contracts with twenty signatures are carried out at a counter (at the cash register stands) ... Where the other switch of "temporary" (even for months) is not occupied with service is titled. If you are in a hurry, you should go to another bank.

Despite the sometimes longer waiting time, very pleasant feeling climate in the building itself. At the SB terminal, there are no 5 euro notes on hand and the system is not as well manageable as a SB terminal of the bank, but you always achieved what you want! Entrance area always looks clean and pleasant, the staff was always very positive mood and have always helped me very well with my concerns. Account is free for teens, I like that a lot.

Once had a problem and the counselor has treated me pretty cocky. The information from her was also still wrong. I would never open an account here.
