The worst system ever
Am as a tourist to Bamberg. Bamberg is like a second home for me, but the unfriendliness of the bus drivers that met me today cannot be surpassed. Only 2 of the 7 bus drivers I asked for directions were nice and could help me. Otherwise I always had to ask Google Maps for the right bus because not every line goes the same way ....
Good internet provider.
Only the prices could be cheaper ...
My wife drives a lot through Bamberg on the buses. She is always impressed by the friendly drivers and the punctuality. We cannot understand the complaints here, but it is known that more and more dissatisfied customers rate satisfied customers and then let their frustration down with the asterisks. A written complaint to the STWB would be better in this case, so that something improves. We are happy that the bus network exists, our parents also use the city buses a lot - a blessing for the elderly!
Ultra unfriendly bus driver on line 907: please instruct a little better in the future with regard to personnel management and training. Does not work at all! Even if you have a bad day you don't have to take it out on the passengers, cheek !!
