How can it be that in a pandemic, shops are open on Saturdays but the health department is completely closed over the weekend? It's Monday now and nobody answers the phone. It is clear that there is a high rush, but at least a queue could have been set up.

In my opinion, this agency's conduct is illegal. You will not be informed about your rights, nor will any serious information be transmitted. Only after multiple, critical inquiries will it be explained what an official order is and what is not. Here for information: Contact person 1: Quarantine is an order, the test is not! It's voluntary! And if the result is negative, it does not reduce the quarantine duration. This is actually how an office should enlighten. Shame yourself Notices for submission to the employer are sent too late and only after massive pressure.

This office does not abide by the RKI's recommendations or general procedures with Category 1 contacts. If every health agency worked like this, they would not help contain the virus.
