Tenancy unpleasant as well as maintenance / repair very difficult. Man is himself, a lot of initiative is a prerequisite. Bills are paid, but you have to invest yourself first to get the money back.

The last thing you could do as a departing tenant! We had to sign something for the deposit payment because we were told that the bank would not be able to pay out otherwise. This letter should only serve to withhold our utility bill. A court found this to be inadmissible and fraudulent and after a year of fighting we received almost € 1,000 from the additional costs. Never again!!!

Big disappointment. It has been waiting for 7 months for the repayment of the deposit. Boss is strangely either never on site or the call is not even accepted. Questionable, how to sleep there at night.
