Disappointment! Unfortunately, agreements with Buwog and the developer "MD builds" are probably worthless. AFTER we had an approval for a house, we were sent into a race for a loan with another interested party and even after a further approval after submitting the loan, the developer changed his mind at short notice because we were outbid. This behavior is highly dubious, unprofessional and not trustworthy. Especially since they both blame each other for this behavior. We are glad that the deal didn't come off because you would have gone into such a large project as buying / building a house with an uneasy feeling. You should only do this with trustworthy partners who also keep agreements. I expect this not only from property developers, but also from their agents.
