As a private customer, I am so dissatisfied with Orwi that I will NOT buy there anymore. The "advice" is simply impossible and I feel treated from above. Fortunately there is online trade, emails are at least answered there and you can also call. The store may be fine for large customers. It is not recommended for private customers who also want advice. Therefore, from the perspective of a private customer, only one star.
