I have had 2 orders fairly recently and they've both arrived in good time and good condition, especially during a pandemic and considering they have been sent from Germany to England. Plants have all been a good size and packed well. If only I could afford some of those rarer Philodendrons! :)

The company was quick responding to emails and the service was fair. The cuttings were a bit damaged, but because there is currently a global pandemic- I believe that the shipping time was longer than we both expected. I was refunded graciously for part of my order, I will be ordering again.

Plant arrived very damaged no roots left and all but one leaf survived and began to die due to damage in transport alerted them to the melano being in a terrible state didnt do anything than offer me a 15% discount wouldn't purchase from them again.

I am so impressed with Ben’s Jungle! I’ve received two orders now and the plants have exceeded my expectations. I wondered how some of the pricier philodendrons would come out of shipping, but they have thrived. Everything was packaged with care, I received email shipping updates, and found not a single leaf out of place when I opened the boxes. So happy with my healthy, beautiful plants. Thank you, Ben! My favorite plant seller, only wish I lived close enough to visit the shop!

I ordered 3-4 times. There was always a problem, but I gave them another chance because they had rare plants. plants are expensive and in poor condition. No roots, too much water and always some parasites, aphids and mites. The seller never replies by email. There is no agreed refund.
