!!Hands off!!! This rating refers to the area warehouse / logistics. This company has no structure, no tariffs, no union, no works council, No confidants, nothing. Everything social that occurs for the employee is missing. Authorization to issue directives is distributed orally without paying or having to be contractually agreed. So if you like to work in an unstructured company without a lot of salary, WEG is the right place for you.
