Tool quite good, customer service flop.
Top quality, simply great tools and a manufacturer who guarantees the quality of its products. I sent in a broken ratchet on which the switch lever had broken off and got it back repaired.
After this experience I would buy Gedore again and again without hesitation. Absolutely TOP!
If you don't want to worry about your tools anymore, you can turn to Gedore with confidence. Sure, not cheap, but value for money. Perhaps “too much” for household use. But a good choice from "ambitious" upwards. Once and for all.
