Deliver wrong goods in part, do not respond to calls. Wrong promises made by employees.
It wasn't until the case was reported to PayPal that there was a reaction. I was personally offended. No information whether a replacement! Also do not want to reimburse all wrongly delivered goods. More than 2 weeks after my money / goods.
Although the article is not available, it will continue to be offered! People are lured with prizes. You can see here how many dissatisfied customers there are. Speaks for itself !
Ordered from Zoolox through another company. After three weeks still no goods, the package was reported electronically to DHL, but never sent. Doesn't respond to messages, etc.
Hands off!!! Deliver the wrong goods and you have huge problems with the return and the reimbursement of the purchase price. Communication with the manager is very unpleasant!
I had ordered a calcium preparation, Herpetal Complete T, for my chameleon via Amazon. In the end I waited for weeks, got a message twice that it had arrived although I never got it, and then without contacting me (although I tried it) the email came that my money would be booked back. What's that supposed to mean? My chameleon absolutely needs it. So no thanks, never again.
Dubious dealer, goods have still not been delivered but collect money. Written 3 times, called 2 times and nothing happens. People let the fingers of the **** load.
