What happened to this company? For months no answers to our questions, neither by mail nor is someone on the phone! In addition, some parts have not been delivered to date! I am absolutely speechless how to deal with his customers!

I had a problem with my laser system that I hadn't even bought there. I was nevertheless given advice and assistance. Technically very competent and absolutely helpful.

No one to be reached for weeks. The urgently needed machine was not delivered despite the deadline being significantly exceeded. Status of the company unknown.
