Live in Pressig. Who needs money with the EC-CARD has to drive 40 minutes by car! Now still fees! Goodbye Sparta.

The bank used to be great, since the TEO app is no longer recommended. For this reason we will also look for another bank. Sparda Bank doesn't seem to care that this app is totally wrong

The Sparda Bank used to be good. In the meantime I can only advise against it: - Employees do not know their own statutes and give different (incorrect) information - Paper forms are required for everything, nothing can be changed digitally with TAN. - Feedback times and hotline waiting times are far too long!

Have been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately I recruited a new customer, which I regret now, everything went wrong with the account switching service !!!! Some of the staff are very nice. A “counselor” is very arrogant and basically talks past me. I probably won't watch this much longer! Small update: my account will be canceled soon. The threatened account management fees have now brought the barrel to overflowing.
