The gas station is very good, you have access to many Services, the place is always clean, the personal is very friendly and the prices are fair.

Absolute nogo! Boss has no idea about customer service. When asked to give a torn and stuck banknote instead of a torn one, he crumples a new one and throws it through the counter. If you complain about your behavior you are kicked out. Add to that macho behavior, he doesn't even listen to a woman who complains and turns away. And then with a mean smile the comment to complain to Aral Germany. Incredible, embarrassing for Aral.

Not to be recommended at all. I perceived the employee as being extremely sloppy. I don't know whether this was the tenant or an employee. For the record: I will not allow myself to be pimped and certainly not be threatened with the power of order. especially not as a customer!

Very bad experience, very very rude !!!!!! Since I urgently needed a toilet, I went to this gas station. The staff was talking to a representative, as I thought, so I made myself known and immediately noticed that it was a customer. I immediately apologized several times. Then the staff asked very rude, I asked for the toilet and it was promptly said that they were closed (it was immediately clear to me that they were only closed to me). And more or less I was kicked out verbally. Never again in this gas station !!!! And a tip for the operator: Always remain polite, the customer is king as long as he does not become palpable or personal !!!! Because even a customer brings customers !!!!
