It is a pity that banks are reducing their employees more and more and turning them into vending machine branches. At the bank branch in Lautertal my personal advisor Dietmar L. always gave me courteous, competent and honest advice. I am satisfied with the VR Bank service and grateful for the opportunity to speak to people personally. As long as it stays that way, no online bank will get me as a customer.
