Absolutely dubious I'm still waiting for a call back or a decent consultation. I reported a consequential damage to which Mr. Mieke showed up relatively quickly. He quickly made me hope that this damage would have to be repaired quickly and that everything would happen immediately so that an appraiser would come this week. (It was 9 weeks ago) You feel absolutely let down by the insurance company. When it comes to selling insurance, however, everything goes very quickly and smoothly. This insurance is an imposition and cannot keep up with the big competition. I am deeply disappointed because my house has had an open outer wall for 9 weeks now and nobody cares.

Good advice, taken a lot of time for my concerns and not just the seller who wants to sell everything.

I had another conversation with Mr. Maximilian MIEKE .... waiting for the call back I do TODAY (19.06). Have been insured since 1987 ... with the Mieke company ... and then once again clear damage to the building ... Refusal there not insured ... Where is the GOOD advice ... Wishes and goals are the focus ... or We are happy to be there for you there is not even a CALL BACK ... As the saying goes ... if there is damage ... you get to know your insurance company ... I'm still waiting for the call back now would be supposedly MEETING ...
