Absolutely unemotional, disrespectful, indifferent and insulted behavior of the employees. No motivation to find a solution. There is seldom so much arrogance in one place. Absolutely taken by yourself, you would never admit mistakes. You are lied to and deceived, after all. I don't even know who I talked to, no greeting, no introduction by name. In the middle of the phone call, they simply hang up. The Mafia can still learn something from SÜC. It is advisable to record all conversations with SÜC electronically, since SÜC claims that there were no conversations or the same. It is not even worth the star to be given here.

Last company. The construction phase was a complete disaster. No one came to appointments, the client and construction companies did not have any SÜC employees waiting at the construction site for 1.5 hours. Neither could be reached by telephone. After completion of the construction site, installation of the photovoltaic system. Appointment with electrician and SÜC made for the connection. Of course, who was not there again, the SÜC. We have been living in the house for over a year now and SÜC still does not manage to add the new address to their system. Everything still goes to the old address, despite calling and changing the address several times. I only say poor Germany. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have been a SÜC electricity customer for 40 years. I feel better advised at my local public utility than at any large corporation or other provider that disappears from the market as quickly as it came. SÜC offers personal contacts on site and on the phone instead of computer voices off the assembly line. I can not confirm the sometimes bad reviews about unfriendly employees and bus drivers - I was always friendly here.

Absolutely ingested, mistakes would never be admitted. I don't even know who I spoke to, no greeting, no introduction by name. Personnel training is overdue here.

Today, the Ahorn transport to Coburg was refused. I would like to explicitly mention that the driver is not to blame. It was very friendly and nice. The bus was marked with a blue wheelchair which means for me that disabled people can be transported with a locomotor system. Since the gentleman at the headquarters said that this is a recreational vehicle and must not be transported, I would like to clarify that I do not use the mobile for leisure purposes. But this is useful to me as a tool for coping with the route. Now I ask myself the question why other bus drivers transport people with such a device and others do not. This is a disadvantage. Again, expressly I have the mobile not for nonsense but for the fact that I am 100% severely handicapped Coburg think about it. I am thinking about presenting this process to the equal opportunities officer in the city council of Coburg. Again, the driver is not at fault, it was friendly, I hope something like this happens to the employee myself and I know how you feel.
