Excellent branch, always extremely helpful & friendly. Must admit, opening times are a little restrictive but you should thank God that your not in the UK - virtually all of the high street branches are closing all for ever. Just pray it dos'nt come to Germany.

Modest opening times and if you catch someone, you have to get annoyed with bad-tempered employees ... where the mood comes from with such a luxurious work week / morale is questionable ...

Hello people, must revise my opinion, here had written a pretty bad recession, which I have now deleted. After a very friendly and informative conversation with a really competent or responsible for the branch Bad Reichenhall office manager was the mistake that I'm sitting on clarified beyond doubt. Can this bank really only recommend and if problems should occur with a consultant of this branch, I recommend to call in Munich and simply to be connected to the branch office manager or to call back and it is really very straightforward a solution to the problem was sought and worked on. And where else is there a fee free Giro account on really fair terms?

I've been with Sparda-M in Reichenhall for a couple of years and I don't regret having switched there at all. The consultants there are always on hand to help and are always easy to reach via the head office. And when the office is closed, you can get very competent help on the phone 24 hours a day. I am very satisfied and can only recommend Sparda!

The opening hours of this bank branch are a disaster. Closed on Monday afternoon, closed Friday afternoon. Wednesday completely closed, closed at noon anyway. This is by no means customer friendly. Always only one switch occupied, sometimes the queue is up to the exit
