My children wanted to deposit money at the cash register, Frau Rot at the cash register sent my two girls away. Justification: There is a curfew for children. (We have the 19.03.2020 where is there a curfew?) She sent the children of things that had not been done. An outrage what some people can afford. This is called customer service. For my part, I will in any case cancel all my accounts with the Sparkasse.

My mother applied for a power of attorney on September 2, 2017. This was processed 2 years later. Fees were charged without notice. A friendly solution could not be found either with customer service or with higher positions. We are very concerned that these practices will continue.
