Raiffeisenbank Südost and Sparkasse apparently have a coalition here to withdraw money for free. Unfortunately, unlike in all other Raiffeisen banks in Germany, you don't get the money for free, but instead € 5 is charged if you are not a member of the SüdOst Gesellschaft. Unfortunately completely unnecessary nowadays! Update 09/29/20 - No, that's not true, dear VR Bank, I got the message to pay a 5 euro fee at the machine and yes, I'm at VR Bank too.
