First of all: As a long-standing regular customer, I am generally very satisfied with your petrol station. Yesterday I was on a bike and wanted to meet friends in your parking lot behind the gas station. When I waited, your assistant came with your red Mercedes and insisted that I drive away because she wanted to park there. You were not interested in my information that the parking lot was almost empty and that there were 5 more parking spaces. "THIS IS MY PARKING LOT !!" it was said. Even when she left the vehicle, she gave out "my god" several times, shaking her head. If you had kindly asked me to drive aside for you, I would have been the last one who would have refused. However, I consider this provocative and unfriendly behavior to be very inappropriate - it really shouldn't be towards a customer.
