I was a customer of this health insurance for almost 20 years. They cashed in every month, but when I needed them when I had a shoulder surgery, they let me down in all areas and they only pay the cheapest for children. I can't recommend anyone this health insurance company

I have always been insured with the AOK, but this is about to change, as the "highly competent" employees of the AOK in Waldkraiburg are very quick to write co-payment requests and bills as soon as it comes to pay sickness benefits or the like you quarrel with the employees because they are constantly looking for something, why they do not have to pay etc.
