The apartments are the price / performance ratio okay. The communication does not work well at all. You do not know when a janitor comes to fix something. The logs then only one day before. Letters about maintenance are forgotten. For repairs, often only the most necessary is done. As with us z.b. there were patched the terrace boards and although the new ones have a very different color, three of the old boards were not replaced. The one almost orange and the old very dark brown, looks anything but nice and neat. If the Wsgw wants something but you have to jump immediately. There is a whole booklet of rules that no one has to adhere to and if you complain about something like playing kids between garages, or charcoal grilling neighbors you just get pissed off. But if you do something that disturbs somebody you get worse. I also have the feeling that one is not taken as German as seriously as foreign.
