Personal contact person on site. Technically modern "Landbank" with a full range: from checking accounts and shares to transfers to China. Account management fees are of course not nice, but within reason. And importantly: this bank keeps its word! In short: I'm looking outside the box, the internet is also tempting ... but above. Overall package has convinced me positively for years.
