what was always important to me was the contact and Santander fulfills everything. Detailed advice and contact! I can only praise my advisor Mr. Kaestner. He only does his job but that is right for me as a customer :) Trust is important and I have that with him !!!!

After the negative experiences with the fun cash desk, I tried to clarify my concern at Santander Bank (Regensburg / Bismarckplatz) and was not disappointed, that was more than 20 years ago and I can say with a clear conscience that this bank is for their customers there with heart and mind Keep it up to the whole team

Just a "counselor" on a Monday afternoon. After telling me to wait in the waiting area, I did not hear anything for a quarter of an hour. When I got up and asked how long it might take, the statement was: "Yes, I can not tell you that either!" Super service, really! I just wanted to deposit money. I left and came back a few days later. On time at 14.00 - was opened at 14:10. And then I am told that no money could be deposited there. I would have to go to Passau or Regensburg. I think that's incredible! Not even at the ATM you could deposit! Here should be extremely refinished!

I was completely satisfied with the personal conversations. But since then I only have problems! Post is lost. On mails I receive no answer. And even on the phone no one is available or I will be offered a call back does not occur. Too bad..
