As a customer, I am absolutely not ready to be spotted on the phone !! Absolutely rude something! I only asked for certain documents to be forwarded to me, but instead of being followed up, I have to give myself a tirade from the employee, because of that there are costs involved and you have no understanding of something etc. pp. I am the one who has to bear these costs and that is why I can probably regulate this independently. Every time you need something you have to arm yourself internally beforehand 🙄

Totally incompetent staff. Placed documents simply deleted from the system and no longer vorhanden.Zusätzlich is claimed to have made itself a deletion. Just annoying. Only 2 receptionists on the spot, the daily sitting in it ... but the next day no one knows what it was the day before. A total joke.

Unfortunately, no skills in the bank, Everything has to be discussed with external staff. Processing it tedious, complicated and just annoying. I switch back to my privately owned house bank. Conditions are comparable with this.

I have the nose painted full with this bank, about 8 weeks ago, me and my wife, honey was smeared around the mouth, since I have already submitted a 1 star rating. After the branch management had so much after me, I changed this rating after repeated requests to 5 stars. Yesterday, when I wanted to log into my online banking, it was said suddenly, your access is blocked, please contact your branch. As I have done many times in the past, I immediately called the hotline, after waiting for 43 minutes, I suddenly came out to the head office, after I described my problem and just wanted you to unlock my access, it said I had to go to the store , I continued to insist that I only expect the person in charge who unlocks my online banking, as I had already done 20x. After another 14 minutes I was forwarded to the responsible person. This then told me I had wrongly entered my password 4x in a row. After he finally let me have a word, I explained to him that it was already locked at the first log-in and I have the problem more often. I begged him to do nothing more than to unlock my account, no password reset or such .... I get a pieb tone. * * HOOK. After three more tries, and two more calls from my wife, she was dismissed with the statement that I had to come to the store to unlock the app with my signature. I have given my wife extra power of attorney, so that I do not have to constantly in small things in this KASPERL V ...... must ...... I REPRODUCE THIS VERY VERY MADE IN 2013 ...... NOW GOING BACK AGAIN ...... Such an incompetence as there, I have never experienced anywhere ......
