Yesterday had a personal interview in the Deggendorf office. The staff are very friendly and competent. Could help me very well in my concern. I feel in good hands with the DAK and well advised or looked after by the office in Deggendorf. To recommend only.

Simple edits take forever - every time you call, it is then passed on immediately - only to hear 14 days later that nothing has happened yet, but it is being edited now - the loop has been repeated for 3 months!
