Very very good advice. Her Kresse explains everything very clearly and there is no "stupid" question with him. He only looks for the best and always makes sure that you get away as cheaply as possible. He doesn't want to sell, he wants to give good advice and he does it 100% I can only recommend it to everyone.

I have been looked after by this broker for over 5 years. I just don't like insurance. That should be the case for many. Nevertheless, Mr. Kresse always explains to me again and again how I am insured and to what extent, when and what applies, etc. I think he has already explained insurance to me three times. Never gets impatient or arrogant. It explains it to me calmly. No matter how long it takes. I can write to him at any time via WhatsApp if there is any problem. Or a claim happens. If I don't know what to do, or if the official language becomes too high for me, he supports the processing or even takes over the correspondence with the insurer. With my car insurance, I am often amazed at how much other people pay. And I am fully insured. I send the people who pay a lot to Mr. Kresse. And everyone is enthusiastic about these people, simply because he takes the time to explain various options. And of all, it really lists the advantages and disadvantages. He doesn't want to sell. He wants to insure you well. And you can tell. But one of his main concerns is that you get away relatively cheaply. But always ask what is important to you or say what belongs to insured. He has my trust from me. :)
