Immo Schreiber is not only very unprofessional as a housing agency (no callback, no answer) but also an imposition as a property management company. Employees (Mr. F.) very rude I strongly recommend a rhetoric course, hold you up with a callback, but that never happens. Important tenants' concerns are simply ignored and not taken seriously. The only person is probably Ms. Schreiber who understands how to deal with people.
All of Ms. Weinberger's concerns were extremely satisfactory. She was always very courteous and took care of all problems in a very friendly and committed manner. She was always very friendly and was very committed to me as a tenant in several situations. Communication was always great! I felt very well looked after by Ms. Weinberger!
I was very unhappy. We were stopped and actually the apartment was already confirmed to us indirectly. It was said to send us the documents. Then we heard nothing more, the broker was not available and ignored my messages. In the end there was a cancellation after a long wait. I would have preferred to get this right away and not only after holding off and asking a lot of questions.
I was very happy with the whole process for my new rental apartment. Very nice contact, everything is fine. It must be clear to everyone that you cannot get an apartment in one day, as a bank information is obtained. So far, did not know how it works with such information. Always my pleasure
