It's a shame what's going on in this office. Schufa information is obtained without authorization and passed on down to the smallest detail. In addition, the boss is incredibly unfriendly and tries compulsively to talk his way out and to stamp what he has done as legitimate. The office receives mail from the lawyer and I'm already looking forward to it. I can't recommend it in the slightest and when I get into the situation of renting out a house, I at least know which agent I am not hiring.

Frau Haller is not particularly friendly and very prejudiced. Although I have a negative entry in the Schufa, I always, but really always, paid my rent reliably and on time. I've never had rental debts or anything like that. Nevertheless she talked me out of the landlady.

Mr. Mühlbauer was super patient! First we had to postpone the viewing, which was no problem at all, then we were allowed to view the real estate twice! We felt honest and very well advised and would love to come back to him! Many thanks...
