I am writing this review about the Ansbach Branch. I went to deposit money into my account. I handed the teller the money. He took it behind the counter. And when he handed me the deposit slip it was $1000 less than what we gave him. I questioned him. But he insisted that he deposited the correct amount. We left the bank very frustrated. As there was nothing we could do. However the next day the bank manager called us to inform us that they “found” our $1000 and that it will be deposited in the account. The teller still works there. Needless to say I don’t trust them anymore. One star was given only because we had to in order to write a review
