Today I was in the Ansbach office to clarify my concern, but the lady there couldn't help me. I have to add, however, that she was extremely friendly and tried everything to help me.
All employees very courteous and really super nice👍
My husband has been sick for the last two months because of a platform operating theater, very special thanks to Ms. Schilfarth, we have never had such competent and very friendly advice. Sick pay was also processed without any problems. For us, the AOK is still number one. Big thanks again to Mrs. Schilfarth!

Before you set up any prejudices, you should rather ask why.
AOK Ansbach, if you go there, all nice, no waiting is usually helped. Now I thought I'm comfortable online customer, scan documents, submit finished.
