The city of Ansbach is once again the measure of all things. Registration office closed, so you don't have a chance to register your car. Hats off to the LRA Ansbach that they are so daring to leave the admissions office open. Cars can be registered anywhere in Germany, just not in the city of Ansbach! Really sad!!
