On my very long search for a condominium, I already had several appointments with various brokers, but I always had the feeling that they were only interested in filling their own pockets and that it was only about selling the property. Some were so badly prepared that you might think they had the apartment they wanted to sell to me just like I saw for the first time. However, none of this applies to Mr. Julian Kups. Mr. Kups is a young, courteous and polite person. He was available to me by phone and email at any time. (Even on the weekend and even after the contract has already been signed) He was always well prepared for our appointments and was able to answer all of my questions clearly and professionally. I also had the feeling that for him it's not just about selling as many objects as possible, but about getting the best out of it for the customer. All of this in connection with what I think was a very fair price-performance ratio ultimately led to the fact that I then signed the purchase contract with Mr. Kups and I haven't regretted this decision for a single second. So if you value professionalism, availability and first-class customer service, you've come to the right place. 5 stars from me and keep it up!

Not professional. On the last day before signing the sales contract, important documents and information are withheld and not taken care of. Also made false information. Apparently all to build pressure to buy. In general, little is given to the tasks that are important as a realtor, let alone carried out correctly. But ask for a lot of money and try to set higher fees for the ignorant.

Attention! No individual purchase contract in advance! Agreements are made in the notary appointment to build up pressure. Mass engagement. Now known in Ansbach as a dubious real estate company.

Competent partner and very sympathetic. Absolutely purposeful advice without the feeling that this is just trying to fill your own bag. Can just be recommended. Everything can be explained through the model houses. Mr. Kups Junior does a good job with a lot of dedication.

Very well advised by Mr. Kups, we were interested in the 237 Classic Danwood house. Mr. Kups was always available and clarified with the authorities necessary conditions - unfortunately, but we have finally received no building permit from the building authority, because of the limitations of the development plan for this house. Mr. Kups was always friendly, competent and very hard-working. Thanks anyway.
