I highly recommend my broker, Mr Ströhlein. He has given me good advice from the beginning and will continue to assist and advise me after the sale. Without him and his regular customer file, I would never have been able to achieve such a good price for the property. He took the time to examine all the relevant documents on the property and then created a valuation report, on the basis of which a market value was determined. What he took on work went well beyond the usual level of a broker (I've already had experience with other brokers who basically just unlock the door and collect the commission).
