Unfortunately, this property management does not care about important issues. There is no reply to mails, calls or even registered letters. Very unprofessional.

Caution! We now had a move away from the trust property. The performance has been very poor since 2013. Meetings did not take place, decisions were not implemented for years, which leads to ever greater damage - now 5 digits. Billing opaque without proof and calls were pushed away or simply hung up. Note to all remaining mandates - it is essential to carry out a document check and to prove that you have reserves. The two 5-stars from the reviews are bought or faked!
