First of all, the staff in the branch was always polite and helpful to me. However, the new pricing policy of this money house from 01.01.2021 is unheard of. Our household now pays 240 € more a year for its account management than before. What a pity And because of staff shortages, I would have to wait almost 6 weeks for a suitable appointment. Where is the advantage here to a direct bank ???

Time to change banks! First the Sparda-Bank introduces fees and now puts the crown on it: forcing the bank customers to use a "lifestyle" banking app which partly forwards the data of the bank customers to affiliated partners (third parties!) For marketing purposes. That is absolutely dubious. Just read TEO reviews in the app stores - the crutch par excellence!

The availability by phone is a horror! If you need URGENT information, I don't have time to listen to terrible music for over 30 minutes and then desperately hang up and repeat the whole 3 times.

Inappropriate opening hours, not enough parking spaces and more terminal failure. The few on-site staff is very helpful and does its best.
