I've already been to the branch a few times and was very often asked in the queue by the employees at the desk what they can do for me. The staff really approach you and are super friendly and helpful. I am very pleased.

Neither the location nor the employees are of any help if the machines are constantly on strike. The deposit machine is overwhelmed when someone deposits 100 coins in front of you and has to be serviced immediately. The machine was in the week of November 16. Out of service on 3 days at different times until November 22, 2020. But it worked 1 time in between. In addition, the payout machine is defective or does not accept cards. Outside of this, I was unable to withdraw money due to a defective card from a machine, so the error was on the bank's side. The staff then wanted € 2.50 for the payout at the counter. At least the replacement card was free. It is still not a condition that I have to travel 13km every time to find defective machines. A bank of this size cannot afford that.

Top service and advice! When you call, unlike other banks, you are quickly referred to a friendly and competent specialist. Commerzbank (Schwabach) is the complete opposite of my old bank: - no waiting time when you call - very good and professionally competent advice - top service - always friendly - 0 € current account - attractive additional services I would recommend Commerzbank Schwabach to everyone!
