Stopped for petrol and wanted to pay with a 200€ note. The guy behind the counter said they don’t take it. I insisted that it’s legal tender and they have no sign stating that they don’t take 200€ notes or other large notes. So the guy called his manager over who proceeded to tell me the same thing, but in a rude and semi threatening way. He said that I can call the police if I have a problem with it. If I wasn’t traveling with my family, I would have. How can a business simply decide not to accept legal tender without notifying people before they put petrol into their car? I will never visit that particular Tankstelle again.

I was asked to put my protective mask over my nose, then I told the employee that I had a certificate because I suffered from a lung disease and I didn't even have to wear a mask. Even after showing the certificate, the employee insisted that I put my mask over my nose, otherwise he could not serve me on the instructions of the boss, even if a certificate is available. The greatest cheek that I've experienced so far. The customer is probably shit for this operator ....

Hygiene regulations for Covid-19 not complied with. Preparation of meals without a mask. Room can also be entered without a mask. Cleaning the rooms, not recognizable. Bad that it will be tolerated.

The toilet costs 70 cents including a voucher, that's okay. BUT ATTENTION: Only one (!) Voucher can be redeemed per product (unlike e.g. with the Sanifair systems) and it cannot be used on fuel (!). The vouchers can ONLY be redeemed here. (!) You don't even want something like that for free.
