Kfz.-stelle ... so unfriendly! Had an appointment and said it doesn't apply, I should make a new one. But have already waited 30 minutes. But they would still have time for my things quickly! But if you don't want to!
I made an appointment and got there right away. Of course you wait 10 minutes, but that's still very humane. The staff was friendly, which you can't say about the citizens in the waiting area!
Everyone is upset about the waiting times or that they won't get or have got an appointment for three weeks. Hello is it still okay ?! Have you ever been to Nuremberg ?! In Schwabach, however, it is a luxury. I just moved and I know what I'm talking about!
And on the subject of appointments: it is clear that you will only get one later and not the next day. Do none of the employees believe that they work and have time right away?
Conclusion: I felt well advised and everything worked out. Of course, I looked around the homepage again beforehand so that I don't forget anything about the appointment. Apparently not everyone can make it.
And all other Motzer: run through life with your eyes open! I also had to take time off, that's the way it is! But for some it is not going fast enough.
