Great customer service and fair prices :-) A provider you can rely on!
In terms of reading, there are often small complications, but nothing that could not be regulated. For queries was always immediately reacted and corrected .... yes, where people work also happen irregularities. Am satisfied with my regional provider here in Schwabach, use the offers private and business ...... other providers cook only with water and just because someone else is a "cheaper", I will still rely on a regional supply .. .and the money stays in place ....
Good and very friendly service.
For 8 weeks I'm waiting for the final bill after my move. Unfortunately so far in vain. Customer-friendly? Good service? Not guaranteed at Stadtwerke Schwabach.
Power shutdown is announced only three working days before and my business appointments (online at my stationary computer) were not to postpone, but had to be canceled. The Stadtwerke refuse to replace the lost income. That may be legal, it is not customer friendly. My written complaint was unresponsive for four weeks and my call did not say a word of apology. Therefore: Customer-friendliness and goodwill: Poor!
